10/09, The bad luck with illnesses continue as Rick catches the H1N1 virus. A few days after he's recovered, Danielle catches it as well. Amanda and Susan have been able to stay healthy.
9/09, After two days of the pediatrician saying Danielle just had a stomach bug and they can't find a time to see her, we decide to get a new pediatrician, who agrees to see Danielle. After determining that she is dehydrated, he sends us to Clinton Hospital to get her an IV. At the hospital, they take an x-ray of her intestines, and see some type of blockage. This results in a Life Flight helicopter ride for Danielle and Susan, to UMass hospital in Worcester. After unsuccessful attempts to clear the blockage, Danielle goes into surgery around 1 am. Four hours later, we're able to see our little girl. They removed 15 cm of her small intestines, and also her appendix while they were at it. Susan and Danielle spend the next 4 nights in the hospital. We're happy to say that she is fully recovered.

1/12/09, Amanda visits the dentist for the 1st time.
1/03/09, Amanda is finally potty-trained.
12/07/08, Danielle rolls over for the 1st time, 1 day quicker than Amanda did.
10/31/08, Amanda goes trick-or-treatin' for the 1st time.
09/21/08, Danielle is baptized.
8/14/08, Danielle and Amanda insist that we get THEIR bathroom remodeled... LINK.
7/08/08, 2:09 pm, Danielle Elizabeth is born. 6 lbs, 6 oz. 18.4 inches. Mommy, Daddy, and big sister are all doing great. Photos can be found HERE and more new photos HERE.
6/30/08, Rick and Susan (and Amanda) sell their house and buy a new one.
5/12/08, Amanda draws her 1st picture. A beautiful rendering of her mother. LINK
2/29/08, Amanda moves into the bigger bedroom, and into a big-girl bed. She loves her new room!
